First, I need to know where you are in New Zealand, so I know if it will be a face to face visit, or a Zoom call for our Free Business Assessment with you.
If you feel ready, I need to understand how your business is operating, so we need to deep dive. This can be quite intrusive, but in my experience, it is more comfortable telling a person you don’t know (that’s me initially) than it is telling someone you already know.
We need to ask questions about these key areas of your business:
- Sales & Marketing
- Relationship Management.
We do this to understand better what pains you might be going through and assess how best we can help you. Basically, I ask some questions and do a whole lot of listening. Once your Free Business Assessment is complete, I will provide you with some key priorities to improve your business. I then follow up with a summarised report so you can understand how to action key priorities.
